1. Eligibility for Returns

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective art kit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect art kit (different from what you ordered), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and we may require return of the incorrect item.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Used Items: We cannot accept returns of art kits that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refund or Replacement: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Replacements will be sent out as soon as possible.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.

If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
· The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
· It must be in its original packaging.

Orders with incorrect design selected by the customer
How to Request a Return
To file a claim, please email us at Help@irisartlab.com with:

A proper unboxing video clearly showing the opening of the package

Clear images of the defective product

Images of the original packaging and courier cover
Important Notes
If the product is damaged during unpacking (e.g., by scissors or sharp objects), a refund or replacement is not possible unless:

You provide the unboxing video

You include images of the courier cover

If you notice damage upon delivery, please mention it in the delivery remarks while signing. This helps us claim a refund from the courier service.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations

If we receive a cancellation before the order has been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, and the return policy will apply.
Our Refund Policy for Workshop Registrations

Cancellations made at least 5 days before the workshop will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 3-4 days of the workshop will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop or for no-shows.

You may request to reschedule once, subject to availability.
