- Eligibility for Returns
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective art kit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect art kit (different from what you ordered), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and we may require return of the incorrect item.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Used Items: We cannot accept returns of art kits that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Refund or Replacement: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Replacements will be sent out as soon as possible.
